1. 適用

本規約は、Yusuke Saga（以下「開発者」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「PDF比較」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. ライセンス

開発者は、利用者に対し、本アプリを個人的または業務上の目的で、非独占的・譲渡不能な形で利用する権利を許諾します。本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布は、法令で認められる範囲を除き禁止します。

3. 無料の範囲とアプリ内購入

• 本アプリは無料でご利用いただけますが、無料の範囲には制限があります（一度に結合できるファイル数、端末内に保存できる結合PDFの件数）。
• 動画広告を最後までご覧いただくと、その1回の操作についてのみ制限が解除されます。アプリを終了すると無料の範囲に戻ります。
• 買い切りのアプリ内購入（一度きりのお支払い、自動更新なし）により、上記の制限がなくなり、広告も表示されなくなります。
• 価格はアプリ内に表示される、お客様の地域の価格が適用されます。

4. お支払い・返金

お支払いおよび返金は、すべて App Store（Apple）または Google Play（Google）が処理します。返金をご希望の場合は、各ストアの手続きに従ってください。開発者が直接返金を行うことはできません。

5. 購入の復元

機種変更や再インストールの際は、購入時と同じ Apple ID / Google アカウントでサインインのうえ、アプリ内の「購入を復元」をご利用ください。

6. お客様のデータ

本アプリが扱うPDFは、すべてお客様の端末内で処理されます。開発者がその内容を取得・保管することはありません。バックアップの作成はお客様の責任で行ってください。結合したPDFは作成から30日で自動的に削除されます。

7. 免責

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、中断なく動作すること、誤りがないことを保証しません。本アプリの利用または利用不能によって生じたいかなる損害（データの消失を含む）についても、法令で認められる範囲において、開発者は責任を負いません。重要な書類は必ず元のファイルを保管してください。

8. 規約の変更

本規約は必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改めます。

9. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use (English)

App: PDF Compare - Merge & Jump / Last updated: September 16, 2026

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the mobile app “PDF Compare” (the “App”) provided by Yusuke Saga (the “Developer”). By downloading or using the App you agree to them.

2. Licence

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal or business purposes. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering or redistributing the App is not permitted except where the law allows it.

3. Free tier and in-app purchase

• The App is free to use, with limits on how many files you can merge at once and how many merged PDFs you can keep on the device.
• Watching a video ad to the end lifts those limits for that single action. Closing the App returns you to the free tier.
• A one-time in-app purchase (a single payment, nothing renews) removes the limits and all ads.
• The price shown in the App is the price for your region and is the one that applies.

4. Payment and refunds

All payments and refunds are handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). Refund requests must go through the relevant store; the Developer cannot issue refunds directly.

5. Restoring a purchase

On a new device or after reinstalling, sign in with the same Apple ID / Google account used for the purchase and use “Restore purchase” inside the App.

6. Your data

PDFs are processed entirely on your device; the Developer neither receives nor stores their contents. Keeping backups is your responsibility. Merged PDFs are deleted automatically 30 days after creation.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. The Developer makes no warranty that it is fit for a particular purpose, will run uninterrupted, or is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any damage (including data loss) arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Always keep the original files of important documents.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance for any dispute.
